Lisa Witter is an award-winning social and political entrepreneur, writer and architect and maker of change. She is an expert in the intersections of women, communications, technology, violence prevention, philanthropy and behavior change and influence science. She has counseled countless CEOs, Nobel Peace Prize winners, top politicians, governments, philanthropists, scientists and academics globally. She is a frequent public speaker and moderator appearing on such media outlets and platforms as NPR, MSNBC, CBS, World Economic Forum, TEDWomen, Clinton Global Initiative and The Skoll World Forum. In 2004, Witter was a contestant on the Showtime reality show, “American Candidate” and is co-author of The She Spot: Why Women are the Market for Changing the World and How to Reach Them. She sits on numerous for-profit and not-for-profit Boards.
In 2010, she was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum (WEF), and now serves on WEF’s Global Agenda Council for Neuroscience and Behavior. She’s the mom of two crazy boys and married to a former professional hockey player.
